Golden Glades Elementary School's mission is to prepare our children so that they can compete in the workforce of the 21st century. Using Blueprint 2000 goals and Sunshine State standards, we aim to build a student-centered school using developmental pathways (physical, and cognitive-intellectual) of the Comer School Development program. We are committed to the guiding principles of "no fault", consensus decision making, and collaboration in order to accomplish our objectives. We pledge to build an effective school community by molding our programs to meet the individual need of our students.

Our main focus is to raise student achievement in the areas of reading, science, mathematics computation/application, and create safe and caring classrooms. Through the use of effective school progress, and a viable home/school partnership, we know that our mission will be accomplished.
