Statement Of Faith

We beleive the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. It is to be our sole standard for our faith and practice

We believe that there is one and only one true God and that in the unity of the God-head there are three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, equal in every divine perfection but executing distinct offices in the work of redemption.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that man was created in innocence and that by voluntary choice he transgressed God's law, in consequence of which all men are born in sin and are under the just condemnation of God.

We believe that for salvation of the lost sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary and that a repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ are the only conditions for salvation. Continued in the next column.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life and whose sealing secures the salvation of the Christian until the coming of Jesus Christ for His church.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the reality of a heavenly home prepared by Christ for the believer; we believe that Hell is a literal place prepared for the Devil and his angels and that it is also the final destination of unbelievers.

We believe that there is a one true church which is universal and is made up of born-again ones. The local church is a manifestation of this universal church that is an organized, self-governing body of born-again, immersed believers.
