Grace Haven Acres is a small family-owned farm located in the beautiful SW Wisconsin Richland County. We are strongly committed to sustainable farming practices to improve our soil through composting, cover cropping, and crop rotation. We are all learning together how to feed our soil in order to feed ourselves and others the most nutritious and delicious produce and animal products possible. Our goal is to improve our soil each year and to increase the health and depth of our topsoil. The healthier the soil is, the healthier the plants are, the healthier you are when you eat those plants. We test for results by using a refractometer on our produce to test for High Brix levels. We do not use chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.
The amount of pounds for produce each week would vary depending on what is ready. Spring is on the lighter side and summer is much higher with fall being the heaviest with the heavier fall crops. If there is anything in particular that you would like let us know ASAP so we can start it growing in time to harvest it for you. In the Spring we will have beets, broccoli, cabbage, kohlrabi, lettuce, mesclun, mint, peas-shell, snow and snap, radishes, scallions, spinach, sprouts, swiss chard and turnips. Gradually as the season progresses more will be added and others dropped. Beans-green, purple yellow, & lima, basil, carrots, celery, cucumbers, fennel, melon, pac choi, parsley, peppers-green & hot, tomatoes-slicing, cherry & paste, watermelon and zucchini.
Dried soup beans, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, delicata, kale, leeks, pumpkins, rutabaga and squash-buttercup, butternut, candy roaster, carnival, Sibley, sweet meat and more.

Members may have their share delivered fotr an additional charge of $5 each week that delivery is needed.
