Mission

Our mission at Greenbrier Middle School is to provide a unified commitment of teaching excellence in order to develop the full potential of all students, empowering them to become productive and responsible citizens. All teachers have the responsibility to promote students' success by providing teaching techniques which will relate to various learning styles. Every student has the responsibility to learn, achieve, and succeed. New technology is introduced to all students, thereby supporting the students' ability to think, access, and synthesize information. Learning is directly influenced by students' and teachers' attendance. Students should have the opportunity to develop physical, social, emotional, and intellectual skills. Every student should be taught to show respect for others, as well as for themselves. All students should be held accountable for their own actions and decisions. Good citizenship can be accomplished through combined involvement of school, parents, and community, thereby developing productive members of society.
