We grow over 40 vegetable varieties throughout the season. Each week members will receive a wide array of produce, from specialty cooking greens to juicy heirloom tomatoes to delicious and unusual winter squash. The shares will be already divided into crates, and members will simply transfer the contents to bags to take home. While many items will repeat throughout the season, no week will be the same as the last. Pick-up options are on the farm, in Canandaigua, or new this year, in Naples (we need a minimum of 5 Naples members for a Naples drop).

Greens and Beans is a sustainable farm located in the Branchport area of Yates County, NY, offering 30 CSA memberships for the 2011 season. Members will receive a full share of produce each week, June through early November. Pick-up options are once a week on the farm, in Canandaigua, or new for this year, in Naples.

Our focus is growing heirloom and open pollinated varieties of vegetables, to preserve both taste and seed security. Aside from a wide range of produce, we will also offer eggs from pastured, organic grain-fed laying hens.
