Greyrock Farm CSA is a local, year-round, diversified CSA that offers a wide range of products to its members including seasonal vegetables, grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and chicken, eggs from pastured laying hens, and unpasteurized milk. Members come to the farm each week to pick up their "share" of the week's harvest. There are no pre-packaged boxes or pre-determined weights or amounts; members simply take what they want and as much as they can eat in a week. Unpasteurized milk and eggs are also available for sale at the farm seven days a week.

Members pick up their shares each week at the farm. A share is not a specific size or choice between certain products. Instead, a each member's share is the amount of food that member thinks he or she can eat in a week. Each member choose what to take and what not to take. Everything produced on the farm that week is simply made available to the members.
