About:
The Whitnall School District provides an outstanding educational experience that blends academics, arts, and athletics for students in pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. The District has a strong academic focus with emphasis on working with all students towards individual success. The Whitnall School District serves the Village of Hales Corners, part of the city of Franklin and part of the city of Greenfield. There are five schools in the District - Edgerton Elementary, Hales Corners Elementary, Whitnall Middle School, Whitnall High School, and CORE 4, a 4K Charter School housed in both elementary schools. The student population attending the five schools averages 2,500 yearly. The students in the Whitnall School District perform well above the local, state and national norms on standardized tests. Excellent planning and teaching have prepared the students to meet the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements. This is a tribute to the fine staff, the strong standards-based curriculum, and to the parents who support the schools and programs.
