This is not a weekly box scheme and we sell Only eggs and meat - No Produce Here's the deal: you deposit money with us at the beginning of the year, we add a percentage (see share price) to your balance to say thank you, and you spend your balance as you like during the year * Buy as much or as little as you like at the Happy Farm stand at the Emmaus Farmer's Market (or at the farm) * Skip weeks * Choose just the products you like * Shop as you normally would -- except that you won't have to bring cash as everything will already be paid for (no need to pre-order during the regular market season). Our wonderful pastured, day-ranged Amberlink, Red hybrid, and assorted Heritage breed hens are currently producing the finest brown eggs anywhere. They are fed only locally grown grains (no hormones or medication; no GMOs knowingly bought), freshly ground to our requirements and blended with an all-natural mix of minerals, vitamins, and probiotics produced by the Fertrell Company here in PA -- plus all the green grass and clover they can eat.

They spend the spring, summer, and fall on pasture sleeping in portable barns we move once a week so they always have clean, green forage area close by. Portable electric fences keep the hens in and foxes out (we love our wildlife, but not enough to feed them with our hens).
