The Harrison County Community Educational Outreach Service is a group of people who meet on a regular basis to receive up-to-date family oriented information, participate in community outreach projects, and personal growth opportunities. Club sizes vary from small to very large. There are 24 groups in Harrison County. The WVU/ Harrison County Extension Service serves as an active partner to the CEOS, providing expertise and educational collaboration that benefits the local CEOS clubs. Programs and activities offered by the West Virginia University Extension Service are available to all persons without regard to race, color, sex, disability, religion, age, or national origin.
