We grow our vegetables naturally-no insecticides or pesticides or GMO's. We love to grow heirloom varieties due to their unique taste, texture and appearance. We grow the usual Indiana vegetables with some unusual ones too. We give a 1/2 bushel basket every week which our customers says feeds their family for the week.

Harvest Thyme CSA is based out of Hancock County, Indiana. We are offering CSA shares for the 2009 growing season. We enjoy growing heirloom varieties of plants. We sell directly at the farmers market at Geist located at the corner of Fox Road and Cumberland Road on Thursday evenings from 2:30 until 6:30 and also on Tuesday evenings from 4-7 and on Saturday mornings from 8-12 at Cumberland town hall. We will be expanding our acreage and crop varieties in 2009 to meet the demands of the market and to offer CSA shares. We also offer beef shares and egg shares from the Engleking's Country Beef Store.. Each week during the season, we expect to deliver a 1/2 bushel of fresh vegetables to our shareholders. Our beef shares are for a 12 week duration. We also offer an organic cheese share from the Blue River Farms-an organic dairy.
