Mission Statement

Historic Vermilion, Inc. (HVI) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation operating in the State of Ohio whose mission statement regarding our Historic Downtown is as follows: “To stimulate economic development and preserve the historical character in the historic commercial and residential district of the City of Vermilion.”
