Encourages, Mentors and Promotes Art, Music Writing and Dance. 2 Juried/Judged exhibits a year in the Dover Public Library, April and September. Public is invited in Call for Entries. 

A National organization of over 55,000 members, established in 1897 in Washington, DC.
