Our Mission

The mission of Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region is to relieve suffering and improve the quality and dignity of life through compassionate hospice care for those at end of life, palliative care for those with advanced illness, and through community education.

Operating since 1978, Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region provides expert end-of-life care as well as grief support and community education.  We are committed to offering quality of life to patients and families in our community who are coping with serious illness.
