About Us:

The Ida Rupp Public Library , located in Port Clinton, Ohio, and the Erie Islands Library, located on Put-in-Bay, Ohio, are charged by the State Library of Ohio to serve the reading and information needs of all residents of Eastern Ottawa County.

The Erie Islands Library, located in the Put-in-Bay School, serves as both a public library and a school library.

The communities we serve include the City of Port Clinton; the Villages of Marblehead and Put-in-Bay; the Townships of Bay, Portage, Danbury, Catawba Island, and Put-in-Bay; the Community of Lakeside; and the Lake Erie Islands located on the waters of Ottawa County.
