Indiana Buddhist Temple is located in Fort Wayne Vicinity, Indiana, USA. In June 28, 2003, the Temple was founded by Venerable Thalangama Devananda (Bhante Devananda). Bhante always emphasizes that the temple is open to all religious beliefs, cultures and backgrounds.
The temple is public meditation center and place to find your peace, contentment, loving kindness and compassion.
May all beings be happy, and content.
May all beings be free from suffering, fear, and anxiety,
May all best wishes come true,
May all living being remain healthy and peaceful.
Throughout the years, we have been blessed with opportunities to serve the community, to conduct regular weekly meditations and monthly retreats. The temple is a not-for-profit organization. Practicing dana by making a donation of money, time and or labor allows us to continue offering the teachings to others without cost. The temple was built and is maintained only by the generosity of all of you who value the teachings. You may kindly call the temple at 260-447-5269 for any inquiries.
