About Us:
Inland Hills Church is a non-denominational, Bible-believing Christian church. The church family itself is made up of people from all kinds of religious backgrounds (Baptist, Catholic, etc.), as well as no church background.
History:
Inland Hills Church started in 1987 as a vision in the heart of Senior Pastor Dave Stoecklein while in seminary. God began planting in him the dream of a truly relevant church that would reach people for the cause of Christ. The spark was ignited and the flame increased as Dave shared the dream with his friends.
In 1990, the plans were drafted and a team of four families from the Chino area was formed. The team gathered, prayed, and prepared for one year to start a church in Chino Hills. Using a rented facility at Ayala High School, the church was launched on February 3, 1991. A surprising 266 people attended the first service. The newly formed church continued to grow. In eight years, the church grew to over 1,300 attendees. Faced with "no room to grow", the church rallied together to purchase land to build a church home. 21 acres of dairy land was purchased and a home campus was built at 14670 Ramona Avenue in Chino.
Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our strategic vision is to...
- Reach our friends
- Mature our church
- Multiply our volunteers
- Serve our community and world
