Our Adams Family is a collaborative culture. To meet the needs of our students we eagerly share the work with our extended family: the school district and local businesses. Together we create an environment inspiring success for all. Because we believe that all students can learn, then we must identify and articulate “what it is we expect students to learn, how we will know when they have learned it, how we will respond when they don’t learn, and how we will respond when they already know it” (DuFour. 2007). These Professional Learning Communities tenets are the basis for all focused activities done before, during, and after school.
