Karen Tiede Studio is an art studio in central North Carolina where I create decorative and functional sculpture, colorful paintings, textiles, jewelry, and more.

Originally and long before the movie, I carved penguins (which is an interesting story all its own). Over time, my work has broadened. I'm always making something, and some of the time, I offer my work for sale. Enjoy, and feel free to contact the studio.
