Our Main Street charm includes antiques, flower shops, collectables and tasty treats from some eateries. Our fantastic events range from an annual Cruise Night with live 50's/60's music to the traditional Apple Festival attracting nearly 60,000 people to the event in October.

The purpose of the Main Street program is to educate the community regarding the importance of the downtown district, build consensus with groups impacted by downtown, stimulate and revitalize the area while maintaining its historical integrity and maximize volunteer participation in community events. The focus of the program is on organization, design, economic restructuring and promotion. By coordinating the efforts of the various representative groups, the program can help the downtown area continue to be a vital part of the Kendallville community.
