Our Mission
To promote the development of healthy families and prevent the abuse and neglect of the elderly.

Founded in 1969, we are a private not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for:

- Determining the mission of the organization.
- Ensuring the organization has the financial resources needed to effectively carry out the mission.
- Providing oversight of the financial operation of the organization to make sure it operates in fiscally responsible manner.
- Making and reviewing policies needed to operate the organization.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of services
- Hiring and evaluating the Executive Director.
