The foundation is a 501 c (3) organization. They are very active with a large community base support. They are dedicated to providing funds through community support for exemplary education and academic excellence in the Kerrville Independent School District.

They have a 15 member board of directors and a part time executive director.

Events include the Annual Reach for the Stars Gala and KPSF Great Duck Race and City of Kerrville Family Day.

Grants are awarded to teachers!

Scholarships are awarded to seniors
