The Keuka Lake CSA operates by selling shares of our farm's harvest during the growing season. A shareholder will receive 20 weeks worth of healthy, locally grown produce. Payment is made in advance, so that the farmers have a secure market before the season begins and they can focus on growing the crops. Much of our input cost, such as seeds and other materials, occur long before our harvest, so this arrangement stabilizes on-farm economy while connecting the consumer to their food.

We are four, small family farms located in Yates County, that have banded together to make a direct connection with our consumers by supplying a superior product. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with many homegrown varieties in quantities that match or exceed the share value.
