About Us:

King Hill is a diversified, organic family farm located in Penobscot, Maine. In addition to growing a wide variety of produce, we raise beef, pork, chicken, and hens for eggs.

We believe in the value of healthy soils that promote vigor in the plants and animals that grow here. Our fields and gardens are fertilized with homemade compost and we raise most of our livestock feed. The diversity of our farm allows us to be a relatively closed system, minimizing off-farm inputs.

We take pride in being an educational resource for school groups, colleges, apprentices, volunteers, friends, neighbors, and the community.
