Kirschbaum Family Farm
Our family farm is located in the Kettle Moraine just north of West Bend, Wisconsin across from a section of the Ice Age trail. We believe in the land, and the value of sustainable farming practices and the ability of the earth to provide good food naturally. We raise and sell heritage turkeys, free range chickens, pastured pigs and keep laying hens that provide fresh eggs. Our livestock gets plenty of sunshine and fresh air. We raise our animals on pasture in a natural setting free from hormones and antibiotics. Our poultry is processed and sold directly to our members right off the farm.

Our CSA is currently livestock based to include chickens, turkeys and pastured pork. Members register for shares in via CSA share events on our member site at www.cletesfarm.com or through the local harvest online shops. All shares are purchsed in advance of the share production. This helps us right size the farms output and minimize waste. Our Pigs are processed at a local butcher to member specifications. Our poultry is processed on farm to our members' specifications.
