CLUB OVERVIEW
Kiwanis Club of Clinton Township is a strong group of approximately 30 dedicated business men and women, both working and retired, that work together to support our local youth and those in need. Our club offers support in many ways including food, bikes and backpacks to our less fortunate youth and monetary donations to our local schools and community organizations. To raise funds we host multiple events including the Wild Game Dinner, Millionaires Club, 200 Club Raffle and an Annual Golf Outing.
CLUB HISTORY
Kiwanis Club of Clinton Township started in June 1973 with approximately 15 businessmen and public servants. The meetings were held in a quaint house on Fern Hill Golf Course and Country Club. In April 1975 the name was changed to Kiwanis Club of Clinton – Moravian and continued to meet at the same location. The 200 Club Raffle was the first ever fundraiser. Then in November 1993 the Kiwanis Club of Chippewa Valley merged with the Kiwanis Club of Clinton–Morvian and a new club names Kiwanis Club of Clinton Township emerged. This union of clubs brought both the annual Grand Raffle and the Wild Game Dinner.
