History:

The Glen Ridge Kiwanis organization began in the early summer of 1959 and became formally established in September, 1959 at Charter Night. Thirty-two charter members and many guests participated. The clubs of Bloomfield, East Orange, and Nutley sponsored the founding of the Glen Ridge chapter. The club recently celebrated 45 years of continuous service to Glen Ridge.
