The Lake Superior Ice Festival is a family-friendly fun event coordinated by the community. Our vision is to attract people of all ages and abilities to share in Superior’s passion for all things winter and come together to celebrate the coolest aspects of our City.
This two-day event takes place annually at Barkers Island in Superior, Wisconsin. Events are spread out all around the island on land and on ice. There will be food vendors at various locations, public restrooms, events from a sliding hill to a craft fair at the Barkers Island Inn to a KidZone with activities just for kids. Activities begin on Friday evening from 3 - 9pm with the majority of events being held on Saturday throughout the day from 11am - 9pm.
