Lexington's Old Mill

711 East Main Street Suite A5
843-573-8926

Following its original conversion into a mixed use development in 1984, the current owner has made significant changes to bring the Old Mill up to date.  As you can see from our list of tenants, the Mill boasts a wonderful variety of retail, restaurants and professional businesses that help serve the growing Lexington community.  We have strived to maintain the integrity of the original structures in all the work that we perform.  Recently, with the help of the Town of Lexington, we installed new sidewalks.  Additionally, we have landscaped the front of the property to include brick columns and planters and fully irrigated sod and shrubbery.  Soon you will see the original flagpole back in operation proudly flying the U.S. and SC flags.  We are also working with the Town of Lexington to open the land around the waterfall and creek into a public park and we hope that this project will assist in opening up a greenway down 12 mile creek which will provide the community with an alternative and healthy way to access the Old Mill and downtown Lexington.  We feel very fortunate to own the Old Mill and will continue to work hard to make it a place that the entire community can enjoy and utilize.  Exciting times are upon us and we hope that you'll come on over and see what we have to offer you.
