The mission of the church is its overriding purpose for existence regardless of the era, time, or place. It has remained constant since Christ established it. That mission, as we understand it, is:
To glorify God by functioning as His corporate body for the purpose of exaltation (worship, praise, honor), edification (spiritual growth, love, service), and evangelism (outreach with the gospel, multiplication).

A church's vision is the specific picture of the way in which a particular local body of believes intends to best accomplish their mission in a certain time, place, and culture.

Our vision is: To be a church that excels in bringing people into meaningful, growing relationships with Jesus Christ and others. We will use contemporary expressions of faith to help people mature, serve, and worship effectively, and will cultivate an environment of grace, authenticity, and intimacy.
