Lisa Semrau, founder of  Life Stages Yoga , is a Nationally Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Silver Age Yoga Teacher, and Certified Transformation Meditation Instructor. Lisa has been practicing yoga since her early teenage years and received her first teaching certification in 1979. Her dream has always been to bring the benefits of yoga to all people. She teaches a wide variety of classes from Beginning Yoga to Power Yoga.
