We believe and desire that the next generation become better than the generation before it. Development is a process; therefore, as a church, we will invest our time, our finances, our knowledge and our abilities into the families, children and students we have so that they can come after us and be a greater Christian generation than we ever dreamed of being.

Mission
"Helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ."

We exist as a church because there are people who do not know or have a real relationship with God, and it is our mission to help them have that relationship. We help them, because no one can make anyone accept God. It is a free choice that every individual has the opportunity to make. We all can choose to follow Christ; however, as with every choice, there are different levels of commitment. We want to help people develop as they become fully committed to God and learn to follow Him completely.

Spirit-Led
We will devote ourselves to a spiritually disciplined life that is filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. We will seek God's direction, listen, and obediently follow Him.

All-Together
We are all family who stand shoulder to shoulder and back to back with each other always. We will always be there for each other.

Honesty Policy
We will speak the truth to each other, in love, even to the last ten percent. We will also seek and accept the truth spoken to us in love, no matter how difficult it is.

Positive Atmosphere
We will create an atmosphere of Christ's power in our lives because of the active relationship that we all have with Him. Because of Christ in us, we will demonstrate a "positive" spirit that encourages and inspires our team.

The People Principle
We will show God's love and concern to every person at every opportunity because we all matter to God.
