Each resident of our facility is seen for what they are, an individual, with unique needs, strengths, and weaknesses. It is the responsibility of the staff of our facility to provide an atmosphere and environment which assures the highest level of individual dignity and independence. At Loretto Oswego, we are dedicated to that end.

INTEGRITY

One of the highest priorities of our facility is on-going staff training and awareness programs directed at assuring residents’ rights and privileges. Each member of our staff receives formal class inservicing on a regular basis to assure their awareness and knowledge of our obligation to our residents and families, and to assure the on-going success of our mission.

RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING

We, at Loretto Oswego, make every effort to remember that the residents of our facility have lived full and independent lives prior to joining our facility community. With this in mind, we make every effort to assist what can often be a difficult life transition whether it be for short stays or permanent residence. In each case, our dedicated staff make every effort to ease this transition with respect and understanding.

CLINICAL COMPETENCY

In keeping with our mission, the clinical staff of our facility consists of some of the finest individuals available in the area including a licensed staff of Physicians, Registered and Licensed Nurses, Registered Dietitian, and Licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists. All of these individuals are dedicated to the success of our operation and to meaningful and quality lives of our residents
