Mission

The primary mission of Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport (LSUHSCS) is to provide education, patient care services, research, and community outreach. LSUHSCS encompasses the Schools of Medicine, Graduate Studies, and Allied Health Professions in Shreveport, the LSU Hospital in Shreveport, E. A. Conway Medical Center in Monroe, and Huey P. Long Medical Center in Pineville.
