Macedonia Baptist Church exists to glorify God by leading people to become fully functioning followers of Jesus Christ.

Core Values of Macedonia Baptist Church:

We value the Bible as God's inspired and inerrant Word.

God the Holy Spirit moved men to write the Scriptures. Both the Old and New Testaments, therefore, are without error in the original writings and represent the sum of God's truth, able to lead men to salvation and Christ-likeness. As such, the Bible is the final authority for all faith and practice.

We value the Biblical teaching that Jesus Christ is the only means to salvation. 

Jesus Christ claimed to be the only way for a person to enter into a relationship with God the Father and to gain eternal life. His closest associates, His apostles, taught the same truth. Attempts to attain salvation from any other source will result in eternal separation from God.

We value God's opinion of lost people.

Lost people matter to God, and therefore ought to matter to all followers of Christ and to His church. His intense love for the lost was made explicit on the cross, and all who are partakers of the divine nature share His yearning to see all men saved.

We value the process of spiritual maturity in all believers

Discipleship is at the core of the Great Commission. God's desire in salvation is that the saved would grow into the likeness of Christ's heart, mind and character (sanctification). He founded the church to encourage believers in this endeavor.

We value the opportunities that come when we embrace change.

Change is at the core of Christianity. God's desire is that we be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Change, then, is good and necessary. Change is also inevitable in today's world, so change should be used as a tool to further the Kingdom's work.
