About Us:

Mid Shore Mediation is a nonprofit organization, providing no-cost mediation services to the Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot County communities.

Our volunteer mediators are all experienced and professionally trained in community solutions, workplace solutions and parenting solutions to conflicts and disputes of all types. 

Mediation creates a win-win rather than a win-lose result. Through mediation, you will be heard, hear others and participate in the solution, while avoiding the slow court process and expensive legal fees. Nothing is binding unless the participants agree to make it so, and the sessions are held in private. You can be sure that all content is confidential.
