The Middle School Music Festival is open to solos, small ensembles, and large ensembles of students in grades 5-8. Each large ensemble performance is adjudicated by two judges, provided a superior or excellent rating, and given written and verbal comments. Solos and small ensembles are adjudicated by one judge and those earning a superior rating receive a gold ribbon.
