About Us:

Dove Valley Senior Community consists of 20 rental duplexes with 1 and 2 bedroom units. These units are available to low and moderate income seniors. Eligibility and rental amounts are determined by family size and gross yearly income. The rent level is based on Weld County 40%-60% area median income.
