Our mission is to help elders and others with long-term care needs remain in their own homes, safe, comfortable and independent, for as long as they are able, and to support their caregivers as they face the challenges presented by the competing needs of family, work and self.

With a talented staff of seventy-five, fifty subcontracted agencies and over five hundred dedicated volunteers, we offer a broad range of expertise and experience in meeting long term care needs in the home or residential situations. Our specialty is in helping people find practical solutions to long term care issues that fit within the family's resources. Last year over 16,000 people turned to Minuteman Senior Services for help.
