Missions:

The mission of Molden Elementary School's administration, teachers, and staff is to provide a total educational program aimed at academic, social, physical, and aesthetic growth for each child.

Academically, we believe it is our responsibility to use the procedures and materials necessary to promote in each child a curiosity for learning and to develop skills that will enable them to transfer what is learned and to develop skills that will enable them to transfer what is learned from one situation to another. Each child is taken at their instructional level and advanced to the maximum of their capacity.

In order to help prepare each child to function adequately in our complex society, we capitalize on every opportunity to encourage and compliment honest, fair play, and respect. We encourage creativit by giving the student freedom to display uniqueness and by exposing them to various forms of fine art.

We believe that because the school plays such an important part in the lives of children, it is our responsibility to provide every opportunity for the total development of each child’s potential, so that they may become valuable contributors to our society.
