Our Mission:

Moms Time out - a non-profit group for Utah mothers experiencing the isolation that can come from moving to Utah, altering a career to care for children, or not being part of the dominant Utah culture. We are dedicated to creating a community within a community where Utah mothers can find support and friendship.

Our Beliefs:

Loving mothers need a break. We believe taking a break and nurturing the parts of our lives that may have been pushed aside when we became caregivers makes us better mothers.
Parenting is the hardest job in the world.
