About Us:

Monticello Medical Associates began treating patients in July 1975, with 2 Physicians and 5 additional staff.

Over the last 41 years, our practice has grown to include 6  Physicans, 7 Nurse Practitioners and over 40 additional support staff. 

Monticello Medical Associates is an Independent Rural Health Clinic with Multi Specialty Primary Care Providers in the areas of Family Practice, General Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

We are here to provide for your total health care needs at on location. We have many onsite services to allow you to have Quality Health Care at Home.

Within our onsite CLIA Accredited Independent Laboratory we can perform most of the needed laboratory test ordered by your physician. If your Physician is not located at Monticello Medical Associates, we can still do your necessary Laboratory test.  We will just need an order from your Physician stating exactly what needs to be done and the diagnosis for the test. Any specialty test not performed onsite will be sent out to our Reference Laboratory.
