Mission

MOD, Mothers of Duvall, is a group of local moms dedicated to making motherhood a supportive experience. We welcome ALL Duvall mothers, regardless of employment status. MOD offers monthly meetings with speakers, networking and upcoming member activity sign-ups. We offer the opportunity to participate in our set Playgroup Program, meeting on a regular basis and based on the needs of each individual mom. We offer opportunities to join specialty interest Sub-Clubs. MOD provides support to the local community through regular participation in local events and service projects.

History

Mothers of Duvall, new to Duvall in September 2006, grew out of a need to offer the moms in our community the opportunity to build great friendships, feel connected with one another and Duvall, and have fun while meeting their own families' scheduling needs! Many of our members belonged to a former club serving the area, but we also have many new faces who are joining us at the start. We are MAKING history RIGHT NOW, as we continue to build on our previous club's healthy reputation within our area as active participants in bettering our city for our families and our future.


MOD is hoping to build a firm foundation in the community as a civic-minded group of moms that is interested in working with other Duvall groups. Participation in City events and service projects of all kinds will send the message to Duvall that we are a strong group of women that is here to insure that Duvall maintains the great hometown atmosphere that brought us all here to raise our families!
