The Murphysboro Blues Festival is held annually in Murphysboro, Illinois. Located 7 miles west of Carbondale, home of Southern Illinois University.
The coordinator for the Blues Festival is Joe Glasser of On Stage Entertainment. Joe has been working extremely hard to put together the entertainment package for the Blues Festival for the past few years. Unfortunately, the funding has been extremely minimal.
