Members of NetworkIN North Idaho will strive to help businesses
grow by educating and sending qualified referrals to each and every
member of the group and help each other grow through education.
Every member of NetworkIN North Idaho becomes a member of your sales
team working to grow your business every day! The beauty of the
NetworkIN North Idaho is that participants raise the bar by challenging
each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support
each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Members act as
catalysts for growth, advocates and supportive colleagues.
Our goal is to help you grow!
NetworkIN North Idaho Code of Ethics
- Members will live up to the ethical standards of their professions.
- Members will display a positive and supportive attitude with all other members.
- Members will be truthful with other members and their referrals.
- Members will build goodwill and trust among other members and their referrals.
- Members will take responsibility for following up on the referrals they receive.
NetworkIN North Idaho Policies and Procedures
- The weekly meetings last for 90 minutes. Members need to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting.
- Attendance is critical to the functioning of NetworkIN North Idaho.
Absences and tardies mean less business for members. If a member cannot
attend a meeting, they should send a substitute. A member is allowed 4
absences every six months (November-April and May-October). If a member
has this number of absences their membership is up for reevaluation.
- A member should have a substitute come when they are absent, but not
replace them. We cannot build report if you are not present. The main
purpose of the substitute is to represent the absent member. A
client/customer/patient, colleague, friend, or family member is a great
substitute, especially if that person is a potential member of the
group!
- If a member is habitually late or leaves early, they be issued a warning. If the problem persists membership may be revoked.
- Member may take up to eight weeks medical leave with approval..
- Members are encouraged to bring quality referrals and/or prospective
members to the weekly meetings. NetworkIN North Idaho may establish
minimums of such to maintain membership.
- Working knowledge of technology (don't have to be an expert, but if
you do not have at the minimum an email address and a website; this
group is not for you) and willingness to agree to receive leads via text
message, social media tools, and email. (There will not be forms to
fill out as we want to be environmentally conscious.)
