About Us:

Since 1989 Newton Community Pride, a non-profit volunteer organization, has been enriching the cultural life and community in Newton, Massachusetts.

Newton Community Pride is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to enriching the lives of the people of Newton by promoting the arts, culture, volunteerism and beautification in Newton. Our goal is to heighten the quality of life in Newton and to encourage its citizens to active participation.

We are a volunteer organization and receive no funding from the City of Newton. We depend on the donations of time and money by the citizens and businesses of Newton. We work closely with the Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs and the Newton Parks and Recreation Department to coordinate the many events that we sponsor throughout the year.
