"Northridge Preparatory School is an independent school for boys in grades six to twelve. Working closely with parents, Northridge attempts - through a sound academic curriculum and a challenging athletic and extracurricular program - to instill in its students those qualities that foster personal development, especially personal responsibility and a mature esteem for their own freedom. Through all of its programs and activities, Northridge tries to place reasonable demands on each student so that he will struggle to attain a level of performance in all areas that approximates his potential. Opus Dei, a Prelature of the Catholic Church, provides spiritual formation and religious instruction for Catholic students and for those others who desire it."
From our mission statement, it is clear that Northridge helps parents form their sons to become competent, responsible professional men of sound character who live by Christian intellectual and moral principles. Northridge is inspired by the teachings of the Catholic Church and the spirituality of the Prelature of Opus Dei.
