Mission
The Odessa Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer business organization providing leadership to further develop and market the city of Odessa, Ector County and the Permian Basin.
About Us
Since 1934, the Odessa Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer premier business organization, incorporated in the State of Texas. The Chamber's purpose is to promote the civic, economic, industrial agricultural, educational and social welfare of the people of Odessa, and to extend the domestic and foreign trade of the commercial interests of the community.
The Chamber unites more than 1,200 business organizations, individual and professional firms, creating a unique central agency working to improve business and build a better community. More than 80 percent of the membership is composed of small companies interested in prospering and creating a healthy environment in which to conduct business.
But most importantly, the Chamber is a people who realize that they can accomplish collectively what none of them can do individually. The strength of the Chamber lies in attracting the greatest number of participants and creating a pool of resources from which to draw ideas, energy and finances.
