Operation Care has been providing services and safe shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault since 1980. During the 2015/2016 fiscal year, we housed 58 women and children at our safe house. Advocates helped 49 victims with temporary restraining orders, and provided crisis intervention to 30 sexual assault victims. The staff provided 201 peer counseling sessions to 97 adults and 10 children, and hundreds of transports to appointments, court, and other locations.
