2nd Annual Paint the Pavement - A Chalk Fest Over Memorial Day weekend. Paint the Pavement-A Chalk Fest is an outdoor chalk art performance festival, in conjunction with the St. Charles Fine Art Show, a 100-artist juried show and free to the public event.
