The Pamplico Cypress Festival is held annually in the month of September.  This family event, which was initiated in 2005, is sponsored by the Town and coordinated by the Cypress Festival Committee that is appointed by Town Council and comprised of many dedicated community volunteers.  The recent festivals have featured classic car shows, amusement rides, arts and crafts and food vendors, local musical talents, beauty pageants, street dances, and plenty of hometown fellowship.
